This Privacy Statement are entered into between the entity/person using or accessing the Services (the "User" or "You") and Shenzhen CEGN Co., Ltd ("CEGN" or "we"), collectively referred to as the "Parties" or each a "Party".

Services may include, but are not limited to, mobile applications and/or websites operated by CEGN under its own brand and/or under its partners' brands.

By registering for the Services and accepting this Statement you enter into an agreement with CEGN which allows you to use the Services.

In this Privacy Statement we describe who we are, how, when and for which purposes we process your personal data, how you can exercise your privacy rights and all other information that may be relevant to you.

CEGN is the controller of the processing of all personal data that fall within the scope of this Privacy Statement.

This privacy policy will explain how CEGN uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website, user portals and mobile applications.

When we talk about our "Website" we mean fix.cegncn.com and the other sites and applications we own and operate. When we refer to "user portals" and "mobile applications", we mean our product "CEGN".

If you use our website, we process technical data to offer you our website functionalities and to allow our website’s administrators to manage and improve our website’s performance. If you enter data in our website, we process these data to provide you with the requested information or functionalities.

Also, we process your personal data to allow you to save your data (such as preferences) on your device. CEGN also uses cookies to ensure you can retrieve information from our website quickly and easily.

For this purpose, we process the personal data you have entered into our website or that is generated by the functionalities you have used in our website and the technical data from your device such as its IP address, the internet browser you use, the pages you have visited on our website, your clicking and surfing behaviour and the length of your session.

Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+App/Web2App). During application operation, it is necessary to collect your device unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis to provide better services to users.

4.3. The use of your personal data by data processors

When an external party processes your personal data solely following CEGN’s instructions, it acts as a data processor. Prior to interacting with such data processors, we enter into a data processing agreement with them for the processing of personal data. In this agreement we include obligations to ensure that your personal data are processed by the data processor solely to provide services to us and that this is done subject to the same level of protection as awarded to you by CEGN.

 

5. How are your personal data secured?

CEGN will only store your personal data as long as it is deemed necessary to fulfil the purposes for the processing of your personal data. CEGN maintains industry standard security safeguards to protect your data. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, where appropriate, to ensure that your information is kept private.

CEGN has taken adequate safeguards to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data. We have implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access as well as all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection) or further processing.

CEGN ensures that it retains personal data only if it is necessary for specific purposes. Your personal data will be deleted or made anonymous when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which these personal data were collected.

8. What’s your obligations?

You must take due care to protect your CEGN account against misuse by others and promptly notify CEGN about any detected misuse. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and not granting access to your account to others.

Unless explicitly granted to You in writing by CEGN, You must not (and must not allow any third party to) directly or indirectly:

I.              Rent, lease, copy, transfer, resell, sublicense, lease, time-share, or otherwise provide access to the Services to a third party;

II.            Modify or create a derivative work of the CEGN Services or any portion of it;

III.           Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or non-public APIs to the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law and then only with advance notice in writing to CEGN;

IV.          Access the Services for the purpose of building a competitive product or service or copying its features or user interfaces;

V.            Use or permit the Services to be used for any illegal or misleading purpose, or any manner inconsistent with this Agreement;

VI.          Collect, use, and disclose data that violates any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity rights and intellectual property rights, ("Intellectual Property Rights" meaning all intellectual property rights globally, whether registrable or unregistrable, registered or unregistered, including any application or right of application for such rights (including but not limited to any and all copyright and related rights, database rights, confidential information, trade secrets, know-how, business names, trade names, trademarks, service marks, passing off rights, unfair competition rights, patents, petty patents, utility models, semiconductor topography rights and rights in designs).

CEGN reserves the right to change or remove features of the Services from time to time.
